The host city will provide a transfer service from Niigata Airport or Niigata railway station to the hotel (the conference venue) only upon arrival. Please submit arrival and departure information to wetlandcitynetwork@rrcea.org for the logistical arrangement by 30 October 2026 (Friday).

For departure, please request a taxi from the hotel’s front desk at your own expense.
